Electronic Grade EDTMPA is a white crystalline powder with strong metal ion chelation ability. It can improve grinding efficiency and smoothness in semiconductor processing such as grinding, polishing, and etching. When used in the etching process of display panels and PCB boards, it can reduce burrs and improve the surface smoothness of copper foils.
