Properties & Usage:
Electronic Grade DTPMPA has strong chelating ability to metal ions. In semiconductor processing such as grinding, polishing, and etching, it can improve grinding efficiency and smoothness. When used in the etching process of display panels and PCB boards, it can reduce burrs and improve the surface smoothness of copper foil.
