Electronic Grade ATMP is an acidic liquid with strong metal ion chelating ability. In the grinding, polishing, etching and other processes of semiconductor processing, it can improve the grinding efficiency and degree of polishing. It can be used in the etching process of display panel and PCB board to reduce burrs in order to improve the surface polishing of copper foil.
